just a couple of thoughts on the first letter:

1. if i was forced to give up my kids, i'd probably be wishin' i was dead.

2. holding her breath during sex probably not such a big deal ... if he's a minuteman.  - but ogod...sitting in a tub of cold water for anyone! brrrrrrr
