Apparently I managed to send one of your subscribers an Instant Message, when what I meant to do was send him a quick note via the mail..

It takes me at least two clicks to get to a page where I can read my mail here, but for this guy, my message to him was instant, (and so therefore intrusive. [when I receive IM it flashes up on my screen no matter what I'm doing.])

i am sorry for my presumption. i wasn't aware that fraycentric bullshit was off limits. i'd seen the fray (and its personalities) discussed here at quiblit, so was unaware that it was a no-no via the mail.

the note was meant as a quick aside, because at the moment you were into some discussion with "woolley." i never meant it as an intrusion. i had no other way to contact you, and truly, it never occured to me that you would take offense. (how tempo of me.)
